AIL offers a complete service from product development right through the production phase. The tool room is equipped with a latest technical equipment including CNC milling machines and spark erosion equipment with well equipped pattern workshop, CAD drawing office. Large foundry for all foundry processes, powder coating plant, anodizing plant, and techni-clad coating plant. This is interfaced with the computer system, providing 3-dimensional models for the production of dies. The dies can be manufactured manually or by CNC machine.
