What is the difference between members and non-members in terms of service?

Non-members can only view Product Directory and the Offer Board. They cannot post any information, and Virtual Office is not available to them.

What is Inquiry Basket?
The Inquiry Basket works like a shopping cart, where you can collect all the information you are interested in, such as company, product, or offer information. You can then send them queries adressing them your individual needs.
How do I use the Inquiry Basket?
While browsing on EmiratesFactories.com, you can add products, company information into your inquiry basket by just clicking on the add button.
Later you can compare the information on the items in your inquiry basket and send all the manufacturers’ an inquiry at one shot. The Inquiry basket will store the products selected by you (the buyer).
Clicking on the “Inquiry Basket" displays all the products listed there, with a text area underneath called "Comments". You will also observe a large text area on top called "General Comments". You can choose to remove any product you do not need, and when you have completed the selection of products you can send an email to each of the suppliers with a simple click. A record of the mail sent is kept in the Buyer's "Sent Inquiries" folder, as well as the Supplier's 'Received Inquiry' folder.
